The daughter and the son-in-law stole the granddaughter and headed to Iowa to his moms for Thanksgiving so that let just me, the wife and son. Decided to smoke a 5lb boneless turkey breast while the wife made deviled eggs, green bean casserole and Pecan Pie Chocolate Chip muffins which are low carb. Took the skin off the breast and injected with Tony’s Creole Roasted Garlic and Herb Butter. Seasoned with Kosher salt and 16 mesh black pepper. Smoke on my LSG Pellet at 250° until temp was 150° then wrapped in foil with some more of the injection and then ramped the temp up to 275° until 162°. Pulled and let it rest about 15 minutes and temp was 167° when I sliced into it.
