Winds have abated. Guessing everyone is up drinking coffee as the day says good morning to the night.
Creekstone brand Duroc Pork Shoulder on the Cooker.
Primo Oval XL
Blend 75/25 B&B Mesquite Lump & Oak Briquettes
One Rutland Square
Coals right Meat Left
Meat scored with S P And SPOGOS, quite a bit of CBP
Setting in a squashed foil pan-later add beer and Adobo salsa
Cheers, time for one more cup

Beautiful morning! Your reward for getting up early is two-fold, the scenery and a good meal later. Can't wait for the money shot.
 
Pork is resting now. Cooked a BALi lunch. Welding gloves make it easy to remove and replace plates,supports and grates. Boneless Thighs, Purple rice and steamed buttered veggies. Beer.
