Started out by rubbing some oxtail with "OBR Cajun Bayou"

And a healthy breakfast after our morning walk

And a great start to the cook

First on was the oxtail and a piece of london broil marinated in italian dressing

First off was the london broil

Then put on some wings Nellie seasoned with the oxtail now in some broth

Wings off

And the oxtail

Now to work on part deux

Oh, man i want that breakfast. That sausage gravy (or whatever you call it down there) has me salivating. And i got the meat sweats already from part one. I'm gonna need a nap before part deux!
