Oxtail that is seasoned up with Island Jerk Seasoning

First on was a pork shoulder Nellie seasoned up for some sliced pork this week

After about 3 hours the pork came out of the pan and onto the grate, added the oxtail

They look great Marty. Fresco I Mas has them on sale again for $5.89 and I pick them up when they do. I make mine in the slow cooker Cuban stile "rabo encendido" definitely one of my very favorite meals. Never tried them pre smoked or Q'ed and am a little hesitant for fear of ruining them.
