Sunday morning breakfast thing

I'm not sure what to call this.
The idea was a breakfast taco using a cheese tostada
instead of a tortilla.
That part went well enough, but the end result was more of an inside out omelet.
I failed to get very many pictures, things were moving fast once it was time for the eggs and assembly.
Of course, Sunday breakfast isn't complete without a bloody mary.

Just like I do with any other taco, I overstuffed these.

I gotta say, they were tasty!

Now I need a nap till kickoff time.

That really does look good and there are few things that a griddle can't make better. I am going to have to give that a try. I don't know why I haven't already, besides sub-zero temps, wind, snow, rain, and general gloom, lol But all of that is close to being in the rearview mirror.
