Small rib steaks and burgers on the pellet pooper to take in some smoke. Low smoke setting 'til 100° IT for both. Steaks seared over charcoal and consumed @ 130 it. Burgers went sous vide 127° 2 hrs, will be pan seared when pulled from freezer.
