spritzer bottle preference

Obviously quality control for spray bottles is not high on the old assembly line at some factories. Anyone have a recommendation on a quality spray bottle for spritzing that won't be spitting out excess liquid after a few uses? I have gone thru several this past year from pump style to the generic bottles sold at Lowes. Nothing seems to last or function properly at the start.

I use the Zep bottle from Home Depot. Works great and is made to hold up well. Adjustable spray pattern.

I was going to recommend the Solo 418 also. I probably have a half-dozen of them for different things around the house and shop. Make sure you label it for it's intended use.

From an artist

I am an artist, and I have four or five of these bottles for use with watercolor and guache painting. They are designed for hair and do a great mist! I was doing a turkey for Thanksgiving and I decided to load one with apple juice. Wow, for a thin medium, it was great coverage with minimal dripping.

I like the continuous mist bottles. You can find them on Amazon, they don't wash off any of the seasoning.

I use spray bottles from NAPA Auto. The small one is 16 ounces, and they sell spare spray heads.
