Here's an official entry for the "I'd Hit That, Part 3" TD...

It's my interpretation of the McRib, as a person who has never had a McRib. But it's the way I would want it to be.

Started off deboning a whole rack of STL cut spare ribs:

And selecting a nice run of boneless ribs:

Here's the final sandwich with bacon, pickles and moz cheese sticks:

I did hit this...

Wine, olive oil & garlic marinated, mozzarella & basil stuffed, bacon wrapped portabello mushrooms, cilantro lime and butter corn and OR Santa Maria tri-tip. Nearly forgot the spring mix, feta, almond salad...haha!
