Cleaned the internal temp sensor and lid thermometer with fine sand paper. Topped off the Pit Boss Austin XL hopper. Now I just need to figure out what to cook. 2:27 on bike early.

Had a Jamaican woman at work back in the 90's early 2000's... she thought it was funny all the Americans would greet her with "Hurray Beer!" once they found out where she was from - she would just smile and "Hurray Beer!" back.

Nothing on my smoker /grill yet. Holding out for some direct heat pork ribs for dinner.
