Join us in Music City for the 2018 Smoke on the Shores BBQ Championship on March 9-10. We’ll have 85+ KCBS teams and 70+ SCA teams. Cook either competition or both.

As of today, we only have 4 KCBS spots available and 8 SCA spots available.

Registration will close on Monday, March 5.

The event will have a 70 team Steak Cookoff on Friday night, sanctioned by Steak Cookoff Association (SCA) and a 85 team BBQ competition on Friday/Saturday, sponsored by KCBS.
