Slotdog trial!

I saw this cool hotdog accessory on Instagram the other day and decided to get one. ~$17 on Amazon. Lots of little charred squares of goodness that grab chili or whatever your favorite topping is.

My wife thought it was stupid at first and gave me crap for ordering it. Then she enjoyed a nicely charred Slotdog today and sang a different tune.

You can do the same thing with a knife, but not this quickly and consistently.
