Settled on Cherry Preserves with Balsamic and a couple of herbs.

Gonna be next week, but I'll post success or failure when it is done.

Got it done.
Settled on Cherry Preserves with Balsamic Glaze.
Served with white rice and pickled beets.

A simple meal, but quite tasty.

Sorry for the poor image.
Never has been one of my strong points
