I've been having some fun with my rotisserie lately, so I decided to spin a couple of Cornish Hens for dinner last night.

They're rubbed with SuckleBuster's Clucker Dust, and cooked two-side heat for a little over 40 minutes with a couple of small cherry chunks for smoke.

It was a wife approved, right tasty meal. :-D

That looks and sounds amazing John. Wife approval can go a long ways
Have not had one in years. last time was at a restaurant. We found out after the order that the head chef quit. The hens were severely over cooked

Looks great, love roti-cornish hens. The last time I made them I spatchcocked the birds and got 2-3 of them in my rotisserie basket. I need to go freezer diving and do some more.

My mom used to cook those birds when I was a kid. Haven't had one in decades. Are they gamey?
