Meijer's lamb is much better than Costo IMO, especially the racks. Much meatier. I picked up half a dozen last time they had them on sale too.

They are such an easy, short smoke and always turn out delicious.

this is how I most often eat my rack of lamb. served on a cutting board, no utensils, no sides. just a big ass knife and a beer

I've got a rack in the freeze I'm going to pull out next week and dust with Naturiffic lamb seasoning, can't wait!
