Babbling Farker
After some golf and indecision by the wife and me re: supper, we ran to the store and picked up a small rack of St. Louis spares.
Golf side note - scored ok (putting practice is paying off) but hit a couple of shots a bit fat.
Hit 'em with some Melissa Cookson Classic rub and some 275F pecan smoke.
Also whipped up some kinda-sorta Elote - just mayo and Smokey Chili Lime... someone must have ate all the cotija...
In keeping with the half-assed plan, I threw some canned beans on. How embarrassing... I assume I have the Brethren privilege of non-disclosure here...
Anyway, we didn't starve:
