Stopped by the seafood market and picked up some fresh salmon and tuna. Doing balsamic glazed salmon on the mini pellet pooper.

Sautéed garlic in EVOO added honey, pepper a little salt, mustard and balsamic vinegar and heated up. Brushed on the fish and on the grill at 400. 7 minutes later basted again. 10 minutes later…ready! Asparagus and artichoke hearts in foil while the fish cooked. Great with a glass of Chardonnay.
