The Third Annual Great Americana BBQ Festival has prize money and considerations of nearly $8,000 for Pro Division and Backyard Teams and is a KCBS-sanctioned event. $15,000 in total prizes and giveaways, etc... see webpage for details.
Contest is a Jack Daniels and American Royal qualifier.
Competitors will receive prize money from 1st to 10th place in the Pro Division.
The Great Americana BBQ Festival is August 25, 2018 at Harlinsdale Farm adjacent to downtown Franklin, TN.
The barbecue contest will fill up quickly with maximum of 50 teams in the Pro Division and 50 Backyard Teams.
Water and power (50 Amp slots available at a cost) will be provided for the competitors.
There will also be TWO Kids Competitions, one for kids 8 – 12 and one for kids 13 – 17.
The kids will be cooking one food item.
