Two happy meals cookin today,,,happy comfort food to the max 
on the left is chuck steaks in a mirepoix with some dark beer and little herbs and spices.
on the right is a full beef stew simmering .
Love cookin on my wood stove,,, makes me happy AND keeps me warm too !!
i tried to get the OL to let me put the stew inside to get some smoke flavor but she wanted it on top where she ( I ) could tend to it
both been on there about four hours or so gently heating
