I'm thinking about a Pit Barrel PBX. I love my PBC, but want something bigger for multiple butts and brisket.
Anyone have a PBX you can report on? Do you like it? How does it do for brisket? I'm wondering how long a full load of charcoal would last at 275 degrees.
I'd be using a BBQ Guru ATC.
