Today GTR dropped by with another member of his band.

-starter pulled pork sundae

-main course chicken witk parsnip potato puree and ratatouille salad

-dessert smoked Phruit sundae

Looks like a great time! And I love that Todd's Dirt, Scott's BBQ sauce and Texas Pete (which is actually a North Carolina sauce too) you got going on!

Another Phantastic day with Phubar, Padawan & Dennessey! :clap2:

The pulled pork sundae was oPhPh the Pharking chain...

The chix, ratatouille, and taters were amazing as well...

As was the smoked Phruit dessert...

We also had ribs but they weren't around long enouPh to take pix. :hungry:

Hanging out & eating & lauPhing with the Lowland Smoker Pholks is a seriously Phine way to spend and aPhternoon. These are some awesome Brethren & Sistren & I hope one day I can have them over to my spot - Phu, Padawan & Dennessey - you Pharkers will always have a place to come & stay at my house. :thumb:

Layers of pulled pork,baked,beans,coleslaw and topped it off with some doctored up creme Phraiche.
You can also top it off with a cherry tomato and some BBQ sauce.
