-starter crusty Sicillian style sausages with Pheta stuPhed paprika (Padawan)

-main course picanha with potato/Phennel au gratin and grilled marinated eggplant (Phubar)

-dessert spicy pear chocolate brownie with spiked coPhee (Dennessey)


Padawan dunked the sausages in some Phlour,eggwash and breadcrumbs...she double dipped them for an extra crusty surPhace.
Paprika was stuPhed with a mix of Pheta,marinated sundried tomatoes,onion,garlic,creme Phraiche,red chili Phlakes,honey,salt,pepper (and stuPh that I Phorgot).

Picanha was a bit overdone to my taste but still good.
Potato dish contained onion,Phennel,garlic.
Made a sauce out of the lePhtover Pheta stuPhing from Padawan...I added more creme Phraiche,chardonnay,red pepper Phlakes,salt,pepper.
Topped it off with manchego cheese.

Dennessey was experimenting with some spicy brownies...we're going to be serving Phood at a chilli Phest and Dennessey wants to make a spicy dessert.
Came out surprisingly good!
