Happy Labor Day!

This is my kind of labor. Just chillin with my new bbq buddy, Fisher while drinking coffee and smelling bbq smoke.

Our youngest comes to town today and mkre family tomorrow. So, I've got a turkey, brisket point, and fatties going. Who knows, I might add more later.

What's Q'en at your place today?

It's hot as hades today. I'm grillin' instead of smokin'.

Wings, chicken breasts, turkey tenderloins, 4 GFS Angus hot dogs and 2 nice thick boneless ribeyes. Ribeyes are for tonight.

It's gonna be a good week for reheating the rest.

Sounds good to me! Well, except working midnights. I did it for a short time. I can do them periodically, but not I think the long term. My hats off to you.
