CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:


1. For the holiday season, cook a meal that's a hearty feast! Multiple entrees and sides come to mind, but not required. Celebratory Holiday meals are particularly welcome!

Standard Throwdown rules apply.

3. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED and encouraged for this Throwdown!


4. This is an open category, meaning you can cook whatever you like as long as it conforms to Standard Throwdown Rules.




You may submit entries that are cooked from Tuesday, 11/3 through 1/2.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Tuesday, 1/2/24.

Here is this years turkey on my Weber Performer.

Here’s my dog at the animal hospital shortly after the bird came off. She went lame and is on the mend.

Christmas Eve dinner. Rolled lamb loin cooked on the Big Joe, mushroom risotto & grilled asparagus. Naturiffic Lamb rub, at 300*. Sorry, was dark out already, no grill action shots and plating shots were pretty bad.
