Bride says, without going to the store bet you can't beat my green chile stew for supper. "Yes, I can". "No you can't". First thought was chopped brisket nachos. No chips. Second thought was BBQ pulled pork topped with kimchi Cole slaw. She had thrown out the slaw mix. Then it hit me and I exclaimed aloud, "Taco Tuesday!!" She giggled and snorted, "it's Wednesday". I exclaimed, "step back and watch this".

About 3/4 of a quart Baggie went into the freezer. I ate three bowls she ate two and a friend with dental issues and on soft food was given a, well however much fits in a 20 oz coffee cup to go.

I love brisket tacos! Most of the time I make a brisket I am more excited about what I can do with the leftovers than I am with the original intent.
