Hi,

I have been playing around with the new gasser and the meat part is going well, albeit I am beginning to lust after a Komado but will tackle that later.

I have been grilling vegetables in a large wok-basket using olive oil and a commercial "vegetable spice mix", mostly salt, pepper, garlic powder and dehydrated vegetables, mea culpa.

I am looking for marinades and other suggestions to give me more and better choices for veggies.

Pr0n is a solo meal with a dark ale.

There is a current Throwdown going on called Time For Veggies To Shine. It's just getting started and runs for a week. I'll bet you can get all sorts of new ideas from it and even enter if you like.

You can get to it by clicking the link at the bottom of my signature.

Good Luck!
