I've been in a rut as far as ideas for finger food go. The Brethren and LM shared some recipes that really helped me out. Thanks folks!!

Their recipes... http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=222711

I couldn't try them all and was limited by what I could find at the grocery store.

I was able to make LMAJ's Italian sausage meat balls stuffed with cheese..

Sam's Pepperjack Stuffed Boudin Balls with Bang Bang sauce...
I didn't have time to make venison Boudin so I had to go with store bought. I bet Sam's homemade boudin is killer!! These were fantastic, thanks Sam. I'm hooked on these!

Holy Fark-A-Mole!!!

Geez, Jeanie, you didn't hold back at all!

You have a spot for a hand on your ranch? I'll work REALLY cheap as long as you feed me!

You go, girl! You kick ass!!

I'm scared of ladders, cows sheep and pigs- and goats- goats are like clowns- evil beady eyes. But I can drive like Steve McQueen. I can be your chauffeur and gate opener.
For a meal. Just a meal. Leftovers are cool too.

Wow!! Jeanie, that looks friggun FANTASTIC!!!!

Thank you Chris!! Hope you have a great 2016! :becky:

Good Lord - you're getting down over there in OK! I know it's a lot of work putting all that together - that is simply fantastic and the food and pix are amazing! Stellar all the way around Jeanie!

Wow. That all looks amazing! Well done!

Thank you! :-D

Thanks Greg! I realized while making all of this stuff, that I am really a lazy person. I usually make one pot of snacks (crawdads/seafood) or one large hunk of meat (pig)..and it's a LOT easier than making several small things. lol
Hope you had a nice New Years Eve.. and hope 2016 treats you well.

Thank you Bradymartin! :becky:

Wouldn't it be a great day in your life to have 2 of each, a sixer of perfect temp Shiner finished off with a shot of frozen tequila and lime?? Fantasies rock.
