Hey guys! New member from the North Dallas area. Been smoking on my 18'5 WSM for three years. Looking to move up to a stick burner. Came here for advice. I smoke two turkeys at Thanksgiving and 9, 10 other times of the year other meats, chicken, sausage, ribs, pork butt. To me that isn't a lot, but fits my schedule and budget. I have yet to do a brisket.

I hope to make friends here and learn some tips and tricks. Plus get some much needed advice on what smoker to purchase next.

Welcome aboard fellow north Texan! We're having a Bash (Brethren get-together) in a couple of weeks at Lake Ray Roberts and I would like to give you a personal invitation. Just click on the link in my signature.
