I just seasoned my new Masterbilt electric smoker and then made these chicken BOOBIES. I couldn't have been more pleased with how well the Masterbilt did. It is 43 degrees outside. I smoked these at 250 degrees to an internal of 165. The smoker temp fluctuated between 246 and 251. I rinsed the chicken, then coated in a smokey mesquite season i found at Costco and then put a light coating of olive oil. I used mesquite wood chips and about a cup of water in the pan. I had the flash on the phone, they were actually a slightly darker than pictured. They came out very tender and moist with a great smokey flavor!!

That chicken looks great. But "The smoker temp fluctuated between 246 and 251."??? That is not a fluctuation. That is not even a hiccup. That's my definition of rock solid for a smoker.
