Choice brisket seasoned with Oakridge Santa Maria and Lawry's
Acacia Lump with a mesquite split
Foil Boat
Primo Oval XL

On a foggy misty day on the high Plains the aroma of mesquite hugs the ground. My favorite atmospheric conditions to smoke meat.

I had one shot of Tequila in the freezer so I toasted Primo thanking it for 12 years of faithful service.
