Lamb Rotisserie d With Vonnie's Flat Bread.

First up,made a simple Marinade for the Lamb,I do mean simple.

The ingredients.

Diced and cleaned some Lamb Off-cuts, added to the Marinade for 24 hours.

Into the Basket and over Charcoal.

Vonnie made some Flat bread dough this morning ,rolled it out for cooking over Charcoal.
Virtually takes a minute to cook

That's looking good. I'm seriously thinking I need to get a basket for my rotisserie.
 
I love this! Looks amazing. Is that on the Akorn? I was going to ask you to post a pic of your rotisserie set up because I think that's going to be my next purchase.

its just your Basic kettle spit kit, works really well for smaller cooks.
I have one for my Ofset and a stainless one for doing full lamb etc.
I only use the spit cause I cant BBQ very well:thumb:

Thanks Titch! I didn't realize that ring fit over the Akorn. I gotta try spinning now that I see all the great grub you all are putting out.
