Received the New Mexico Seasoning & Hot Salt! (CINCHOUSE forgot to tell me about the package, so I've no idea when it got here).

I couldn't resist - gave both a quick "pinkie (taste) test."
- New Mexico is exactly as I'd expected, minus salt (no kidding)... CINCHOUSE immediately put Chili on the menu for when temps drop again.
- Hot Salt - Oh. My. Lawd. - No wonder this is so popular! I get it! Fantastic flavor that kept me wanting more while heat that kept me saying "Ow!" (a little) as I had a 2nd... and... 3rd pinkie test. I'm going to have to get a bigger container of this and some more Chicken Salt. That stuff's fantastic.
