We had a medium rare ribeye for dinner tonight. My wife likes A-1, I just use salt and pepper. Sometimes if the steak isn’t that great I put a little lea and perrins worcestershire sauce on it.
 
in these parts Frank's red hot is a standard option served with eggs at diners....

....hot sauce is type of ketchup right?

People get confused when I ask them to pass the cajun ketchup (hot sauce), but I have said that for years.
