Just One Bite! Cook whatever you'd like, but the money shot must be restricted to a One-Bite portion. It can be on a plate, on a fork, on a toothpick, on a spoon… One bite only please!

Sorry we're a little late with this..

You may submit entries that are cooked from 8/12 through 8/29.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday, 8/29/22.

Was cooking up some chicken for dinner and decided to make a Throwdown entry last minute. No cook thread. Potato skins, parmesan, bourbon, maple syrup, chili garlic sauce coated chicken chunks. Also made a few with meatballs, but the chicken was much better.

Please use this as my entry photo:

This is my official entry into the one bite throwdown.

I ran out of gas on the Weber before I could finish off the vision for this entry. So, I'll just go with what I have.

Boneless skinless chicken thigh grilled on my old Weber Silver gasser. Rubbed with olive oil and Fire & Smoke Superbird. Finished with Texas Pete and Heinz KC bbq sauce. Served on a Cool Ranch Dorito.

It was surprising better than I thought it would be. Sweet, salty and spicy all at the same time!! Enjoy.
