Join Us for Memphis in May 2014

Hey Y'all

Every year we invite fellow Brethren to join the TSTP Team for the Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest. This year it is May 15th-17th.

Members choose their own involvement...If you want to help we will take it. If you want to Drink, Eat and Party the whole time, you can do that too (just do 30 minutes worth of dishes one day)

We have no secrets, we don't hide ingredients or lie about things...We are completely open and everyone shares knowledge openly

If you are coming to the contest, we have a Brethren Mixer on Thursday at 4pm open to all BBQ Brethren. Food, Booze, and great company provided free of charge ;-)

Oh yeah...
As a member you receive a team booth wristband that entitles you to "All you can eat and drink" privileges in the booth and a team t-shirt.

Drinks - Beer, Frozen Margaritas, Bourbon Slushes, Bottled Water, Soda, and Wine - after 7pm hard liquor and mixers are available at the bar

Eat - Lunch & Dinner 3 meats + sides plus all the experiments and fun things we cook through out the day
