I have a Jedmaster Smoker on a trailer that I purchased at my first bbq comp in Frisco, CO over 20 years ago. After I purchased it, the manufacturer did a modification on the back of the smoker. This allowed the smoker to be cleaned in a way that was much easier.

If anyone has this smoker, would you please so kindly post pic on the outside and inside? Any specs you have would be greatly appreciated. I need to have a welder do this modification.

Happy Trails and Thank You,

My Jed made great food. It was a pain to clean so I don’t think it had the mod you describe. Great cooker though.
