Today I smoked a brisket to phreeze and take to IL, then made a pizza phor supper.
Saturday is rain, so it will be some Italian inside.
I took some wings out oph the phreezer phor Sunday.

I’m thinking about doing something with pork chops, direct or smoke. Depends on time. Pitas, yogurt or tahini sauce type thing.

Ps. Gotta say, pretty new here and digging this place. You all make me even more hungry all day long…my kinda place.
