It really is tasty, and the home smells like The Holidays while it simmers. It's not Texas Red by any stretch. But it doesn't pretend to be. Something about the Greek spices topped with finely shredded cheddar, raw onion and small noodle that really pleases.
 
That's an interesting combo Adams, it does sound tasty though. Will add this to my must try list!

I experienced these for the first time when I made my first venture to Indianapolis for the inaugural F1 USGP. It was a bigsurprise to taste those flavors in association with chili. My brother was instantly hooked and years later talks about his first trip to Skyline.
