I jumped right into the QTalk threads yesterday but it looks like I skipped a step.
Total newbie to smokin here but I've smelled and tasted enough of them that I know I want in. :eusa_clap
Always been a griller but the oven has been my home for the big things like roasts and full birds (ovens are the devil I'm sure but it's best to be honest and let it out. Admitting is the first step to recovery they say). Anyhow, My armory so far is an old beat-up Wal-Mart special and a heavy grill that I won @ the Smokin on the Square Fest here back in 2003. No top though so there goes the smokin option. Been reading up on the UDS for 6 months or longer and finally decided to jump in.
