This is the 5th Annual Hicksville Fire Department Company 4 BBQ Cookoff on Sunday, October 4th in the Sears parking lot on Hicksville Rd / Route 107 in Hicksville.
There will be a car show along with this event.
Entry fee is $100. Each team is provided with a case of ribs for the People's Choice rib cookoff. There is also a 3 meat judged portion of the contest for ribs, beef and chicken.
This is a great event ran by a bunch of great guys from the Hicksville FD.
