Hiyas everyone. Been reading the forums for awhile now and finally got around to signing up as my buddy and I are finally getting off our butts, following our passion, and getting our SMOKE on!
We are looking at honing our skills and rubs and techniques and hope to next year attempt our first Competition.
Currently I'm cooking on a cheap-o offset smoker from Academy Sporting goods. Does alright but has tons of problems ranging from room, to leaks, to hot spots and so much more. Currently looking at either an Lang 84 or a Johnson Smoke from Texas.
I track down hackers by day, and smoke by night hehehe.
