I thought I would stop by and say hello. I am new to smoking having only picked up my WSM in July. Things have gone well as I learn this craft. Right now I have two butts on (Renowned Mr. Brown and Jamaican Jerk). They are at the 13-hour mark.

I've been reading the Brethren for a while and finally joined. It's nice to be here.
