Has anyone ever chromed a weber kettle?

I'm thinking of a yard art piece. I think an old weber kettle would work perfectly.

You would not be able to use this for cooking. It would just be art.

The tough part would be removing all the porcelain to prep the surface for plating. Probably a bigger job than it would be worth.

This got me thinking it would be cool if Weber offered a polished SS kettle. The colors from the heat might make art themselves. SS is stupid expensive though.
