Hello everyone. I am excited to be joining the forum. I have found this forum to be extremely helpful in improving my skills as a pitmaster. My name is Clarence and I live in Bartow, GA which is in a region of Georgia called the CSRA (Central Savannah River Area). Bartow is about midway between Dublin and Augusta. I am starting a new barbecue restaurant in Bartow and have been catering up to this point. I look forward to learning and sharing with everyone as we travel this road to smoke glory!!
