Smoke ‘em All

I’ve been smoking meats since I was 4 growing up in GA with my dad. Now I’m 37 and I have 2 boys, 1 and 4, my four year old already has his own Weber Smokey Joe that he cooks hotdogs on. I recently picked up an Outlaw Smokers Patio model after reading posts about the outlaws on here. I also have a 18” WSM, 18” Webber kettle, Traeger BBQ075 I rebuilt with a Savannah Stoker controller, and a custom built 325 gal reverse flow I use for whole hogs and larger gatherings. I’ve been lurking for a couple years so I decided it’s time to join the Brethren. I look forward to sharing my passion and learning from others on the site.
