5th Annual GLBBQA Competition BBQ 101 Class
CLASS SIZE WILL BE LIMITED TO 40 STUDENTS!

WHEN: March 9th, 2019 |7am until 4pm (or until all questions are answered)

WHERE: Four Points Sheraton—Kalamazoo | 3600 E. Cork St. Ct.; Kalamazoo, MI 49001

WHAT: The four competition meat categories, chicken, ribs, pork and brisket will be covered during the class. Topics ranging from selection, trimming, injecting, rubbing, cooking, foil or no foil, to presentation will be covered. KCBS rules will also be discussed.

COST: $150.00 GLBBQA Members | $185.00 non-members, (includes 1 year membership)
The cost for a spouse is $75.00
Full breakfast buffet, coffee, soda and water included.
No outside beverages are allowed.
