Campfire cooking - goat tenderloin, spinach, broccoli.

Click here for cook with some county blues - Railroad Bill, a bandit who stole goods from the railroad and sold them at discount to the poor. Some thought of him as a Robin Hood, but the railroads didn't.

Goat tenderloins are pretty small, definitely the best part of the animal. They're probably sold as part of the rib chop.
The backstrap is similar but considerably larger and are usually sold as part of the loin chop.
Or maybe I have it backwards?
 
Looks great. Looking for goat around here to decide if we should raise a few.
