For the next category, I was going to pick camp fire cooking, but I was Deguerred by Moose.

We haven’t had a fatty TD for a while.

You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 8/4 through the entry submission deadline of 12 p.m. Central US Time on Monday 8/21/17.

Entry pictures must be submitted by 12 p.m. (NOON) Central US Time on Monday 8/21/17

Looking at the winning pic from the previous TD winner, one would assume that multiple meat dishes are allowed as garnish. Am I correct in this assumption or do regular TD rules apply?

To me, ground beef is meat loaf, but I did say “anything goes” in the category description, so let’s go with that if the TD mods agree. As long as it is fatty-esque and not a meat loaf :-D

I've seen all beef breakfast sausage. Same spices, for people who can't eat pork. There are recipes online.
