Yes, but you could make something else with the chili if you have leftovers. Like some nachos, for example...all you would need to do is cook them on a grill or smoker and you'd be all set.

Actually, the main ingredient has already been partially smoked then seared for the chili...see the cook thread. But doing the next dish with the leftovers (A little over a gallon) on the grill is brilliant.
