Tom Thumb has choice brisket $1.99/lb. Limit one with digital coupon.

The United I go to in the Tx panhandle has briskets at $1.97lb, limit 2.
Tempting to grind some into burger, corn some or make pastrami.

Thanks for the heads up. I drove to MS yesterday for the brisket.
I usually don’t buy select, but for $12-$14 apiece, yes.

I picked up two yesterday. Both were 10+ lbs.
Using these to replace the already cooked and portioned 10lbs of brisket I had in the short lived freezer that quit while we were in Arkansas.
So now waiting for a bit warmer days to cook 2 briskets, 3 butts and 2 slabs of ribs.
Thinking I may just get it done at the same time on my Shirley. :mrgreen:
