CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:

For the next Throwdown - let there be chicken wings! Smoked, grilled, rubbed, sauced, tossed, however you like them. Standard Throwdown rules apply.

You may submit entries that are cooked from 6/2 through 6/19

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday, 6/19

I'm going to make a point of entering this one, I'm just not sure what my wing approach will be. I've posted my Sriracha and chicken rub #2 wings many times, so am leaning towards trying something completely new and different.

I just found a new approach to wings I've decided on and will be cooking them tomorrow if all goes well.

There's just a chance I can do this. I have 2 kilo's of wangs marinaded with a Miranda's condiment in the freezer. Getting blooody cold in Melbourne though.
